Who we are

3MonthsPayslip (the "Service") is provided by 3months Payslip ("we", "us"). When you use the Service or buy a payslip pack, you are contracting with 3months Payslip. Contact: muzimtshali@icloud.com.

Accepting these terms

By using the Service you agree to these terms. If you use it for an organisation, you confirm you may bind it; otherwise you confirm you are of legal age.

The Service

The Service helps household and small employers create payslips from the information they enter. You are responsible for the accuracy of that information and for meeting your own legal obligations as an employer. Calculations follow published South African rates but are not tax, legal or accounting advice.

Your account

Keep your sign-in details confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your details accurate.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the Service, including:

Intellectual property

We own the Service and its software, design, documentation and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it. The payslips you create are yours to use.

Payments

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax and refund terms are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. See also our Refund Policy.

Service level

We work to keep the Service available and accurate but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without implied warranties.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may stop using the Service at any time.

General

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. We may update them and will show the date of the latest change above.
