Who is responsible

3months Payslip is the responsible party (data controller) for personal information processed through 3MonthsPayslip. Contact: muzimtshali@icloud.com. We follow the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

What we collect and why

• Account details (email, sign-in details) — to create your account and link your purchases. Basis: providing the service you asked for.
• Purchase details (employee name and months on a paid pack, amount, date, promo code) — to unlock what you paid for and show your history. Basis: contract.
• Payslip details you enter (employer and employee details, pay) — kept on your own device to build your payslips; we do not store them on our servers.
• Anonymous usage counts (e.g. a pack was completed) and technical data such as IP address and device type — for security, fraud prevention and improving the service. Basis: legitimate interests.
• Support messages — to help you. Basis: legitimate interests.

Who we share it with

• Service providers who host and run the service for us.
• Paddle, our Merchant of Record, for selling the product, payments, tax compliance and invoicing.
• Professional advisers (legal, accounting) where needed.
• Authorities, where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep account and purchase records while your account is active and as long as needed for legal, tax and accounting purposes, then delete or anonymise them.

Your rights

You may ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, object to processing, or withdraw consent. You can also complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa. Email muzimtshali@icloud.com to make a request.

Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit and strict access controls.

Cookies and storage

We use only essential browser storage — to keep you signed in and to save your draft on your device. We do not use advertising cookies.
