If you're not happy with your purchase, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of your order date. No reason needed.

How to request a refund

Refunds are handled by our payment provider, Paddle. Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email on your receipt, or email us at muzimtshali@icloud.com and we'll help.

After a refund

Once a refund is processed, download and sending for that pack are switched off. Refunds go back to your original payment method; how long it takes depends on your bank.
